Lucid dreaming....

Alright, so ive been trting to lucid dream for the past 3 weeks. Here are some techniques ive found. They will work if you keep your mind awake

1. Listen to low hz binuaral beats
2. Stay perfectly still
3. Think about what you did that day (posotive things)
4. About fantasys and what you would like to do
5. About you actually dreaming and what to do when you start to dream

Thats all so far, so please tell me if you have a good technique and i will add it!
